We decided many years ago that the best way to stay on schedule, and on budget, was to do the majority of our site work in house.  By owning all of our own excavation equipment, we don’t have to spend time waiting to fit into someone else’s schedule.  By following the company philosophy of keeping craftsmen in house, we are able to stitch our houses into our sites with more attention to detail than you would expect from a grading subcontractor.
