Our Process

Our process is better understood through a conversation. Our Founder Hans personally sits down with all of our potential clients to answer any questions you have, and to better understand whether Jade is a good fit for your vision.

Jade does not have a style.  We do not have a standard cost associated with what we do. We work with all types of clients with all kinds of budgets. The consistent element that spans over all of our projects is quality.

Some builders follow a model where they keep architecture and design in house. The ultimate result is that these builders’ homes have a specific look to them.  Although sometimes a great business model, we personally find this model incredibly boring.  Instead we love to collaborate with design professionals from all over our region and sometimes with firms from all parts of the globe. To build the type of homes that Jade does, it takes a team.

Some of our clients come to Jade with a design team already selected and land purchased.  Many of our clients come with a vision alone. For these clients we help them build the necessary design team to bring their vision to reality.
