Dean Folds and Peggy Lowe went looking for a lot with a view close to downtown Asheville.  What they ended up with was a steep rock face with a million dollar view, that no one else thought could be built on.  As a retired builder himself, Dean worked with Jade Mountain to design, and then build, an amazing home on an “Impossible” lot.  In addition to being a engineering marvel, this home also achieved “net zero” energy usage!
