Michael McDonough and I (Hans) were approached by the last parishioners of an old church in the heart of Historic Montford, and asked if we would purchase and restore their building.  We happily agreed, and set about a year long historic renovation/restoration that culminated in Chiesa, and the Baird’s Nest studio apartments.
