We were honored to be chosen by Matt Vande, and Amy Musser of Vandemusser Design to build their personal home/cutting edge prototype for sustainable green design.

Matt and Amy work with most of the green builders in Western North Carolina to certify their homes as Healthy Built, NC Green Built, Energy Star, and LEED. Jade Mountain was up for the challenge, and successfully certified the home as LEED Platinum.

At the time of completion, the Vandemusser home was the highest scoring LEED Platinum home in North Carolina.
