LEED Platinum – The home of Amy Musser and Matt Vande built by Jade Mountain Builders in 2011 is Energy Star, EPA Indoor AirPlus, and NC HealthyBuilt Homes certified, and also achieved a platinum LEED for Homes designation. It was the highest scoring LEED Platinum home in WNC. Vandemusser Design’s home is a valuable resource for sustainable design.
